All packages will be tracked & sent using an NZ courier.

There will be no returns or refunds on items, unless they do not meet the advertised condition.

And although we will take care to package your items as best we can to protect it during transit, we are not responsible for any lost packages or damage that may occur during delivery.

We prepare and drop new items on a batch by batch basis. Our drops go live every Monday at Thursday at 8pm

It’s first in first serve.
Our website gives you a 15 minute buffer from when you add an item to your cart, to when it will expire and become available again for someone else to add to their cart.
