No tags, so we’re unsure of brand or fabric… but we can tell you it feels looks and feels like a quality dress. The fabric feels like a mid-weight cotton, and due to it’s volumous nature, is a surprisingly warm dress. It’s fully lined and features balloon sleeves and an a high-low hem line.
