Forever New – Floral Sweetheart Strapless Dress, Size 14-16

The shoulder straps are adjustable in length and detachable so you could go strapless. There is a rubber trim on the inside of the sweetheart neckline, to help hold it in place. The dress is fully lined with a blue satin like fabric, stopping at the seam (under the butt) where the mermaid frill begins. There is a split in the back of the skirts mermaid frill. The tag you can see on the outside of the dress, is the security returns tag. Designed to be removed without damaging the dress.
