We do not offer refunds, however we will always do our best to make sure our customers are happy.

CONDITION

If you’re item arrives and isn’t in the advertised condition, please send us photos so we can understand and resolve any issues.

SIZING

We try to be as detailed about sizing recommendations as we can in the description of each item. Please message us if you are still unsure and we’ll do our best to answer any question. If an item still doesn’t fit as you had hoped, please let us know as soon as possible. If it’s within a 7 days of your order, you could post it back (at your cost) and we will offer store credit for the purchased price.

RE-CONSIGNING ITEMS YOU’VE PURCHASED

Yes! Wear it, love it and then when you’re ready, we can resell items you have previously purchased from us. We would simply treat it as a fresh consignment. Please click here to learn how selling by consignment works.
